I want to express how much I enjoyed the first year in the house you completed in May 2025, in Florida Shores, Edgewater Fl.

My 4/2 home with a 3-car garage has been a joy to live in for the past year.  It has remained defect free and is holding up perfectly.  The energy costs are extremely low, and all the fixtures and appliances look brand new.

Additionally, it has given me peace of mind, as many of my neighbors have commented on the care and professionalism you showed during construction.

Your reputation precedes you, and I can see why after my first year.  Thank you!
